Scholarship Contest Timeline
This is a biannual contest, and entries are currently open. To participate, please submit a request to receive the official essay topic.
Start Date: January 1st and July 1st each year
Submission Deadline: June 30th and December 31st each year
Winners Announced: January 20th and June 20th each year
Prizes Awarded: January 30th and June 30th each year
How to Apply – Submission Guidelines
To enter the scholarship contest, submit an original essay focused on cameras. Essays should be between 1000 and 2500 words in length.
Submission Rules
- Each applicant may submit only one essay.
- Essays must be 100% original, plagiarism-free, and authored by a human.
- Any submission containing plagiarized or AI-generated content will be immediately disqualified.
Winners and Prize Details
Two winners will be chosen based on the quality of their essays:
- 1st Place: $1500 cash prize
- 2nd Place: $1000 cash prize
How to Receive Your Essay Topic
Once you express interest in participating, I will assign you a specific essay topic. Along with the topic, you will receive:

- Writing tips to guide you, even if you’re a beginner
The resources include articles on related topics to help you craft a well-informed and effective essay.

- A recent photo

Your privacy is a top priority. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. Only your name and educational institution may be displayed on the scholarship webpage to recognize winners and validate the contest.
